Battle of Wilshire Boulevard The first formal “battle” of the 3rd Revolt was anything but traditional. All sorts of unorthodox methods were used to avoid ruining the masquerade during this fight. The Battle of Wilshire Boulevard got its name due to the fact that it stretched across the entirety of Los Angeles, east to west, along the eponymous street. Nights were chaotic and full of horrifying displays of violence. Days were only marginally better; ghouls and kindred-influenced mortals took over fighting while the sun was out. Conventional warfare ruled the day, supernatural slaughter claimed the night. The lines of territory control began to form from this fight, with the Anarchs holding territory west of the 110, and north of the 10. The Anarchs’ advantage was their local nature, while a majority of Camarilla combatants had come from out of the area. Several key Anarch leaders were captured as a result of this battle, and three out-of-state Archons were slain. Camarilla members involved in this fight were primarily combatants, but other forms of support were also needed.
