Physical Description

Voss, outside of obfuscate, appears to be a slow moving, well dressed individual. With eerie eyes, wounds stretching across their face, and jagged teeth, their appearance can be quite off putting to some.

They often smell sweet, like a mix of perfumes,and are always wearing some kind of wig, often varying in color and style.

General Information

Voss is known as an emissary to the Kuei-Jin in the area, often acting as a go-between in negotiations between them and the Camarilla.

Rumors

• Rumors say Voss is actually Nagaraja, but... do they even exist?
• Voss is a careful record keeper of kindred's generations- do you think they've ever changed theirs after a particularly rough battle?
