The justicariate enlisted the aide of SoCal kindred in evacuating north Los Angeles of Camarilla-aligned kindred and as many mortals as possible.

They needed the evacuation to appear natural, so as to not alert the Anarch Movement. Even the local operatives didn’t know why they were evacuating so many. Ms. Isabella Santos assisted with the evacuation of humans; mostly fisherman, dock workers, and, businesspeople who frequent the harbors and piers.

Voss Scandar, often known to be rather private and apolitical in such times, seemed to spring into action when this begun- though only members of the Camarilla would know it. They quickly and quietly pushed their influences to getting as many of the Camarilla and mortals out of the city as possible, networking and connecting to provide for any who would need it during the transition. While they never acted as if they expected to be paid for such a service, there was something off about the way they got people out of the city- an almost cold air about them as they helped evacuate as much as they could.

Kindred with stealth ability, mortal influence, and transportation ability were all called upon for this job. The Tower promised that, if this was done right, would end the war with minimal casualties.
