- Elysium is considered neutral, sanctified ground separate from sect and politics.
- The Keeper of Elysium must approve all gatherings held in Elysium.
- The Keeper may command all mortals within Elysium.
- No weapons may be brought into Elysium.
- Use of disciplines, even gentle ones, upon or against other guests is forbidden.
- Hunting is forbidden within a one-mile radius of Elysium.
- The presence of Moon-beasts (Werewolves), Wild Ones (Fae), Will Workers (Mages), or
those who have drunk the heart's blood (Diablerists) are forbidden.
- If a kindred brings a guest into Elysium they are responsible for that guest's
behavior.
- None may destroy art located within Elysium. The Elysium and its contents are
sacrosanct and shall not be damaged.
- The Keeper has the Authority to take whatever actions they feel necessary to preserve
these rules, the Masquerade and the sanctity of Elysium, physically and socially.
- The Keeper may deputize up to two other Camarilla members at an Elysium gathering,
making them Defenders for a single night.
- The Keeper and/or their agents will forcibly remove those who cannot control
themselves and initiate violent confrontation, involuntarily or otherwise.
- The Keeper and their agents hold immunity from prosecution from the Prince or Harpy
while in defense of Elysium.
- The Keeper's word is law on Elysium grounds, and they have the authority to punish,
Disgrace, or execute violators.
- Unless prior arrangements and permission is ascertained from the Keeper of Elysium,
all rules must be adhered to, or face immediate consequences.
Extended Rules of Elysium
- Everyone must sign in at the guest book upon entry.
- Guests must dress according to their station while on Elysium.
- Any mortals brought to Elysium must be registered
- Outside defenders must declare and register any carried weapons
- No unauthorized photography.
