The Battle of Angel Stadium

Jump to navigation Jump to searchAs the Independent Alliance pushed the Anarchs out of San Diego with the Camarilla, the Anarchs fled north. They were trying to regroup with their main forces in north Los Angeles.
On the way north, the fleeing Anarchs were lured to Angel Stadium by a local kindred, where slaughter awaited. The trap was sprung, and a fight broke out around and inside the stadium. Camarilla bruisers emerged from the stadium with baseball bats, guns, and claws ready to tear the Anarchs apart.
However, the Anarchs had their own plan. Expecting a trap, or having been tipped off, they had left bombs around the stadium’s structural support points. This took the Camarilla kindred by surprise, as the stadium was destroyed around them. Maestro Phineas Whitacre was involved in the Battle of Angel Stadium singing in the Announcer’s Box providing support to the Camarilla bruisers. Woe came to the Anarchs that heard his voice in their ears singing O Fortuna. Unfortunately, it was not enough and the Maestro retreated.
What was meant as a trap to crush the remaining Anarchs quickly turned into a deathtrap for the attackers. The Camarilla suffered major losses, while the Anarchs had only minor casualties.
